Position Summary

• As a Senior Manager (IC) with CVS Health, you will have an oversight of ECOM application.

• The Enterprise Contract Obligation Management (ECOM) program is designed to streamline, re-engineer and centralize the contracting processes throughout the organization. This is accomplished by developing and rolling out best practices to allow for scalability, improved turn around times, error reduction, and obligation management for both new and legacy agreements.

• You will help with leading the work and coordinate with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and time management skills in addition to a firm understanding of contract management life cycle and Agile methodology.

• Lead the applications as a technical owner and accountable for all things related to application strategy, performance and future enhancements.

• Work in a collaborative environment, contributing to agile ceremonies

• Lead the design of efficient and user-friendly software products to advance and support business needs

• Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; sets specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans; motivates others to balance customer needs, budgets, and business success.

• Supports both the business and technical understanding of the customer experience, back-end technologies/capabilities and business operations.

• Ability to manage to a timeline in a fast-paced business environment

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce/Conga CLM

• 2+ years of experience with IIB and APIc

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, 8-10 years experience in IT with an emphasis on engineering development

• Experience in identifying and documenting business needs working interactively and effectively with technical resources.

• Customer-first orientation and strong passion for delivering quality tools, information and content in service to consumer needs.

• Desire to work collaboratively and experienced in driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

• Proficient with communication across multiple levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong skills in design and solution engineering across both on premises and cloud infrastructure

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization

• Ability to navigate the technical teams to support the application with new initiatives and programs.

• Degree in computer Science or related field

• Cloud development experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field OR equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
