Position Overview

Autodesk is currently hiring a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading a team of account-based marketers. This team will drive the development, implementation, execution and measurement of targeted account-focused programs in collaboration with enterprise account-based sales teams.

Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Manage and develop a team of 5 account-based marketers

  • Lead and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance management

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Ensure that the marketing programs in plan are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines

  • Ensure that the team has focus on the buyer's journey and deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time

  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities

Collaboration and Interface

  • Primary liaison with our enterprise named account sales leaders and account teams for the enterprise business

  • Proactively engage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities

  • Collaborate with Industry Marketing, mid-market ABM, and Marketing Systems & Services partners to ensure effective execution of account based campaigns to targeted accounts, and 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing tactics to select focus accounts

Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of campaign results into target enterprise accounts

  • Review and provide analysis of programmatic Account-Based campaigns and unique account-specific tactics for targeted accounts list

  • Ensure that each marketer is tracking and measuring individual campaign results

Budget and Revenue Accountability

  • Work with ABM and Industry Marketing to provide requirements for deployment of budget managed by those groups in support of targeted list of accounts

  • Manage team budget for account-specific tactics for targeted list of accounts

  • Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any adjustments

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience managing and leading a team
  • 8 years B2B demand generation/field marketing experience with proven account based marketing specific knowledge and skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, Demandbase, etc.

  • Estimated 20% travel required

This role will ensure that Autodesk's AMER inside sales hubs benefit from consistent and pragmatic legal advice enabling fast growth, training and legal compliance. By collaborating across teams within a matrixed environment, involving subject-matter experts as needed, this role will promote compliance and ensure transparency, timely decisions and balanced risk management. Responsibilities * Provides legal advice for our AMER inside sales hubs * Participates in the Legal Department's Hub Sales Practice Group comprising lawyers working on tele-sales issues globally * Collaborates with the legal direct sales team and geo-based attorneys to scale and support account-based sales opportunities through our hubs * Contributes to the maintenance of the Hub Sales Playbook and develops and implements related legal policies and procedures * Works closely with AMER inside sales leadership team and related support functions including GSSO, Finance etc * Monitors and advises on legal developments related to the areas supported * Reviews sales and marketing programs related to inside sales hubs and strategic territory sales programs * Identifies finance, operational or revenue accounting issues and liaises with the relevant functional groups (including Tax, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Global Sales and Success Operations) to resolve these * Defines repeatable processes and leverages automation to leverage synergies and enhance efficiency and productivity * Provides transactional support for non-standard sales situations in Autodesk's AMER sales hubs * In collaboration with Autodesk's Compliance and Litigation team and Autodesk leadership, develops and executes policies and procedures, develops relevant training materials and delivers trainings to new joiners and existing teams; manages implementation of annual training plan for AMER hub sales employees * Identifies and manages actual and potential inside sales-related disputes and litigation in collaboration with Autodesk's Compliance and Litigation team * Manages relationships with outside counsel as needed; manages spend in accordance with approved budgets; reviews invoices and purchase orders; is responsible for timely submission of invoices or accrual of spend within Autodesk's fiscal quarters in line with Autodesk accounting policies Minimum Qualifications * JD from an accredited/recognized university and bar membership in good standing * 10 years of combined of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably working with inside sales / tele-sales / tele-marketing activities of high tech, Internet or media companies * Solid knowledge of relevant inside sales issues and laws, including TCPA, DNC, PCI, call recording * Experience with channel issues * Clear, concise written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact comfortably with senior leaders * Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple projects at once to meet deadlines * Collaborates well in cross-functional, global diverse teams dealing with matrixed issues * Sound and practical legal judgment to help business solutions in fast-paced environment * Willing to travel About Autodesk With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
