WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success as a leader of complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment
Established expertise in process improvement, change management, project management methodologies, approaches, and tools
Led projects/programs in one or more of the following areas process improvement, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness, organizational change management, digital transformation, data & analytics, full cycle system implementations and enterprise applications, project recovery/turnaround
Effectively led initiatives across multiple industries and functional areas
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably an MBA
