JOB SUMMARY: This is a Senior Management Analyst I position in the General Tax Administration, Program Director's Office, Workforce Development team. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert and resource in the areas of Employee Relations, policy, procedure, and leadership best practices; represents the General Tax Administration Program in agency-wide initiatives and on intra-agency teams; and serves as the key program contact for Employee Relations to ensure timely and effective deployment of disciplinary actions.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Currently working for the Department of Revenue within the General Tax Administration Program.
Experience addressing Employee Relations issues.
Experience interpreting and applying policies or procedures.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
