Specializes in industrial, commercial, or residential electrical work, managing high and low voltage distribution, controls, and power supplies.

Proficient in CNC, PLC, circuit boards, motors, controls, AC/DC power supplies. Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs electronic components and systems used in industrial equipment. Experienced in water, sewer, irrigation, gas, and air systems.

Diagnoses, repairs, and installs various plumbing systems. Skilled in manual and CNC-powered mills, lathes, grinders. Reads drawings, uses shop equipment, and selects materials to fabricate or repair parts.

Proficient in break, shear, cutting torch, welding (soldering, MIG, TIG, arc, gas). Reads plans, employs shop tools, and chooses materials for fabrication and repair. Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Associates degree preferred.

Vocational classes in Machining, Machine repair, HVAC, and industry certifications such as MT1, MSSC, are preferred. Completion of 2 year vocational school, Apprenticeship, or Journeyman status is preferred. 10 years of work experience in facilities maintenance. Interested in hearing more?
