Health Insurance Vision Dental PTO Life Insurance 401k Match Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of all maintenance activities within the plant. This includes the supervision of maintenance personnel, planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods across all areas of the plant. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure minimal disruption to production operations.

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations. Lead the analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of the company's property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings, and other structures. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with other department managers to optimize plant operations and performance.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of the maintenance program. Manage and oversee projects related to improving plant reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant engineering and maintenance management, preferably in the engineering industry. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, and other plant equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer software for maintenance management and scheduling.
