Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Machine Learning Architect

With the increased need for strong authentication and sophisticated Identity Management solutions, our company has seen significant sustained growth over the past couple of years and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team of security experts.RESPONSIBILTIES:* Design and develop machine learning models to detect anomalies and predict security threats. * Conduct comprehensive analyses of time series data, network graphs, and other data types to identify identity security threats and trends. * Apply and refine large language models (LLMs) to improve and specialize natural language understanding mechanisms. * Design and architect scalable machine learning systems and frameworks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models into our security infrastructure. * Work with MlOps/DevOps teams to design data pipelines needed to feed model development and refinement. * Stay current with the latest advancements in ML/AI and cyber security to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our solutions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSWhat Do I Need For This Role?* Machine Learning* 5+ years of commercial experience in ML/AI. * Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including but not limited to gradient boosting, LSTM, RNN, GNN, transformers, deep learning, and distillation. * Proficiency in supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, policy optimization, natural language processing, behavioral classifiers, and anomaly detection, and other advanced ML techniques. * Demonstrated experience in building models leveraging advanced data storage and analysis techniques, including vector databases, search indices, graph analysis, and time series analysis. * Strong understanding of MLOps practices and experience interfacing with MLOps teams. * Proficiency in Python. * General * Master's. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or relevant comparable experience. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Able to operate successfully and nimbly in a dynamic environment where things are sometimes less clearly defined * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative and flexible.Bonus Experience*
