KPMG is currently seeking a Senior in Integration & Separation for our Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000, middle market companies and private equity investors

  • Work with KPMG's cross-functional integration and separation teams on the HR portion of integration engagements, including but not limited to HR and Human Capital strategy, HR service delivery and HR operations, people-related compliance, compensation and benefits, organization design and execution, talent management and selection, transaction onboarding, and change management

  • Assist with identifying HR risk exposure in HR due diligence

  • Contribute to the engagement process from start to finish, including owning deliverables and work streams and the creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's integration and separation teams

  • Assist with communication of results to the clients

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in HR consulting with a focus on human capital, human resources, organization design, talent selection and leadership assessments, talent management or change management

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, or partners towards the successful completion of a project

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Be a partner for leaders and advocate for all employees. Drive and lead HR administration strategy, priorities, and functional tasks. The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer, work closely with the Vice-President of Finance, and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.</p><p>This is a new role at Global Citizen and as such includes many opportunities to design and implement new processes and systems to enable the organization to best meet its ambitious goal of eliminating extreme poverty.</p><p>While the exact responsibilities may vary from time to time, the main duties of the Senior Director of Human Resources can be summarized as follows:</p><p><br></p><strong><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3></strong><ul> <li>Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues. Drive issues to resolution in partnership with other functions, as needed and/or appropriate.</li> <li>Design and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent</li> <li>Partner with leaders to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture at Global Citizen, and leverage change management techniques to assist in driving broad change</li> <li>Drive HR practices to create a strong culture of leaders and high performing teams</li> <li>Partner with the Executive Team to execute business-specific HR strategies</li> <li>Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, recruitment, performance management, career path development and succession planning; assist in key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance</li> <li>Establish and maintain statistical data analysis and reports to identify potential problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
