Senior Logistics Analyst

The Senior Analyst in Logistics will support our team as well as provide vendors, carriers, and internal customers insight and resolution to shipping, visibility and costing questions or issues.  The Senior Analyst can/will ensure product movement is completed to meet the customers on time expectation with the goal being in the most cost-efficient manner.

What You will Do

• Invoicing

• Reviewing and approving transportation invoices.

• Tracking and tracing shipments with various service providers.

• Maintain shipment data and communicate shipment activities with vendors, customers and/or internal departments.

• Arrange daily freight carrier pickups and provide delivery schedules.

• Effectively ensure industry and company guidelines are being met for all shipments.

• Prepare necessary documentation such as (SLI's, BOL's, shipping labels, commercial documentation, etc.) for domestic and international modes of transport.

• Coordinate with Warehouse/Production for both inbound and outbound shipments.

• Work directly with our certified DG partner(s) to ensure we are compliant.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent experience in a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in global logistics transportation for air, ocean and trucking is required.

• Computer hardware industry experience preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of Incoterms.

• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

• Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

• National and international communication skills a plus.

• Experience with V-lookups and Power Pivot a plus.

• Knowledge of dangerous good/lithium batteries is a plus.

• IATA certification in lithium batteries a plus.
