KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Receptionist

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

ABILITY TO WORK WITH ALL LEVELS AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors and guests; maintain guest log and issue security badges

  • Answer and direct external and internal calls

  • Act as a backup for hoteling process and Engagement Management software (EMS)

  • Maintain lobby appearance; open communication with building maintenance, facilities and hospitality as needed

  • Contribute to reception procedures and train back up as needed

  • Act as backup support to other areas of office hospitality and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of reception experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Advanced customer service experience and exceptional corporate presence; ability to represent KPMG as first line of contact

  • Strong prioritization and communication skills

  • Experience working independently and as part of a high performing team

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
