The primary function of the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is to ensure the quality target of zero defects for loan booking, servicing and maintenance transactions are met under a quality assurance review. The senior analyst will participate in reviewing data input into the loan system (ACBS) for accuracy and completeness for complex loans while gathering and reporting root cause analysis. Quality Assurance tasks include the review and reporting of loan data for financial and non-financial transaction processing. Quality Assurance reviews are performed in-line with daily production activities and require strong attention to detail while adhering to strict process deadlines. The quality assurance process compares data entry inputs against the supporting loan documents for completeness and accuracy. The Quality Assurance Analyst will document and report errors to the appropriate Loan Operations manager daily. If a pattern of errors is discovered, or other circumstances require it, the Quality Assurance Analyst will research the problem, research potential solutions to the problem, and make recommendations for best resolution. The right candidate must be able to maintain a high degree of focus and impeccable quality over extended periods to meet servicing level quality and timelines expectations.
