As a Senior Loan Associate at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Denver Metro Regional team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

  • Provides administrative support to Relationship Banker by coordinating loan application, progression through approval, and closings.

  • Partner with relationship banker to provide effective and timely responses to client loan inquiries or requests. Ensures client satisfaction through contact, maintenance of the relationship, and identifying other potential bank products to help solve client needs.

  • Serve as additional point of contact for clients and as a backup for relationship bankers. Helps deliver client service standards by segment as appropriate.

  • Responsible for the general administration and maintenance of the loan portfolio, including assistance in loan renewals and extensions and completing annual loan reviews.

  • Responsible for oversight of construction loans within the PC including draw processes, third-party inspections, date down endorsements with title company and percentage of completion oversight.

  • Monitors past due report, maturing loans, file exceptions, and covenants requirements.

  • Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets, sales presentations, and onboarding of clients.

  • Assists clients with day-to-day customer service requests including general account inquiries, loan advances, and payments requests.

  • Provide sales support for new opportunities as appropriate, including preparing sales presentations, expression of interest letters, and compiling other materials as necessary.

  • Connects with team members across multiple departments, specifically private banking, loan operations, credit, and compliance.

  • Ensures client satisfaction through contact, maintenance of the relationship, and identifying other potential bank products to help solve client needs.

  • Support loan product strategies and initiatives as appropriate.

What You Bring:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills

  • Experience working with banking and credit software

  • Experience with CRM preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-through

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Experience working with high net-worth individuals

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

  • Self-starter

Pay Range: $30.29 - $43.27/HR

Job Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt
