Tell us why Fleet Landing at Nocatee is where you want to write the next chapter in your life Key Responsibilities: · Cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone contact and follow up, lead management, and closing skills · Build excitement for a future community · Provide excellent hospitality and customer service standards · Maintain detailed electronic records · Achieve and sustain the quality and quantity of leads and referrals Qualifications:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and evenings as required. Minimum Education Required: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or English Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Proven sales experience. Three (3) years or more consumer sales experience in a senior living setting preferred.

Familiarity with CRM lead management database preferred.
