Overview

According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Corporate Sales Director assumes responsibility for implementing policies and procedures to meet the goals and objectives in the areas of the admissions and marketing functions; occupancy, inventory and compliance reports; lead outside promotion/public relations with community involvement including hospitals, social workers.

Responsibilities

This position will provide services to The Waters of Lake Wales and The Waters of Bradenton.

Identifies, establishes and develops ongoing strategic external and internal relationships/key accounts with agencies, corporations and civic groups to maintain liaisons for the promotion of public awareness and understanding of available services, to maximize admissions to home care, hospice and private duty services and the organization's ability to meet the referral sources explicit and implicit client needs.

  • Develops, researches and implements programs to drive sales and special events to meet monthly sales quotas as defined by agency goals.Designs sales processes that drive additional admissions and utilization of National Church Residences' various services.

  • Develops positive contacts with media for newspaper, television and social media coverage. Initiates and designs periodic marketing and communication programs on multi-channel level with collaboration from the Corporate Sales Director.

  • Works collaboratively with clinical and operational staff to streamline and enhance various admission processes and customer/patient experiences.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Prepares all required reports.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Demonstrates and maintains a positive, professional manner, manages time efficiently and effectively, provides leadership as a role model to promote a team approach collaborates and participates in policy creation and appropriate problem solving methods.

  • Must adhere to all policies, procedures, terms and conditions set forth in the National Church Residences' Employee Information Guide (EIG), the Code of Conduct, as well as any facility handbook, including but not limited to, corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state, local regulations and laws.

  • With respect to Resident Rights, ensures all care is provided with respect and dignity for the residents/clients, their families and the staff. Reports all complaints made by residents/clients and/or families to the appropriate supervisors, reports all allegations of abuse, misappropriation of funds/resident property and/or any other corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state and local regulations and laws.

  • Completes all annual education requirements timely, including but not limited to Compliance, Privacy, Security and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Conduct in the performance of their duties.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in Marketing, Business, Community Relations required


Experience: Minimum 1 year related experience required. Sales experience preferred.Travel: Frequent, up to 75%Mental: Must have excellent communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Skills:
Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.Licensure: LPN/RN preferred
