We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Litigation Secretary to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and contribute significantly to our firm's success. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, from inception through appeal.

This role demands a high level of discretion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: 1. Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and subpoenas. 2.

Conduct complex legal research and fact-checking to assist attorneys in case preparation. 3. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant information and documents are easily accessible. 4. Coordinate and schedule court dates, meetings, and depositions, liaising with all relevant parties. 5.

Prepare materials for court proceedings, including exhibits and witness testimonies. 6. Review and summarize legal documents, such as deposition transcripts and medical records. 7. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. 8.

Attend hearings and trials, taking comprehensive notes and providing essential support to attorneys. 9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in litigation procedures and court rules. Qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 10 years' experience as a litigation secretary, preferably within a law firm environment. 2. Proven expertise in legal research and legal writing, with a strong understanding of court procedures and legal terminology. 3. Experience attending and assisting with hearings and trials. 4.

Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 7.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 8.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. 9. Paralegal certification or relevant degree would be advantageous.
