Senior Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal. The ideal Candidate will have 7 to 10 years of litigation experience.

The candidate will have experience working on complex litigation matters and have experience in blue booking, cite checking, heavy record review, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and filing same as required, discovery demands, responses, motions, and other legal documents, drafting routine correspondence, managing case files, Court calendars, assisting with client intake meetings, managing case files and e-filing documents in state and federal Courts and other administrative duties on ad hoc basis.
