The Amazon Fire TV Marketing Organization is looking for a marketing leader who will define and own lifecycle marketing and execution. This role will be responsible for defining lifecycle marketing programs, messaging strategies, managing A/B testing, and working with advanced analytics and data science teams to drive marketing programs. You should thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build things from scratch. You should love marketing but be biased towards building programs based on analytics.
Lead lifecycle marketing strategies for Fire TV; inclusive of early onboarding, sustained usage, and churn and win-back programs that deliver downstream impact across the entire Fire TV and Amazon ecosystem
Develop marketing programs that drive customer engagement with Fire TV features
Develop innovative ways and potentially new tools to communicate with customers across email, social, on device, mobile, push notifications, direct mail, and more
Utilize A/B testing to develop test and learn strategies across all marketing placements and vehicles
Partner with product managers to develop automated tools and marketing programs by customer and lifecycle cohorts to improve personalization, messaging strategies and offers (on and off device)
Provide Fire TV insights related to usage and the full funnel analysis of our customers on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
