NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Level Management Analyst to join our team in Newport, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).

Job Description

NTT Data Services, Inc. is seeking a talented and well-qualified Senior Management Analyst to support our client at their site. The successful candidate should be a motivated self-starter responsible to work closely with existing team members and independently.

Excellent communication and customer skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership, and the customer. The successful candidate's duties include, but not limited to:

  • Support of the design of programs/products that provide tactical and strategic combat systems and special mission sensors for U. S. Navy platforms including SSN, SSGN, SSBN, SEAWOLF and Columbia Class submarines, surface ships, aircraft and land based facilities.

  • Responsible for program management in support of submarine Imaging, Electronic Warfare, Communication, Antennas, and Special Projects Systems which includes acquisition program management, in- service management, financial/budgetary planning and execution, and internal processes and procedures to carry out these assignments.

  • Interact with programs such as ERP and EDW to provide canned and Ad Hoc reports to the government.

  • Perform fiscal year close-out and fiscal year start-up analyses. Outputs of analyses typically include comparison of project and funding document-level actual spend rates versus planned spend rates as well as the identification of specific projects and funding documents forecasted to have requirements into the next fiscal year and identification of expiring funding documents projected to have unobligated balances at the end of the fiscal year.

Required Qualifications:

10 or more years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field
