General Summary
This position is responsible for the delivery, and assisting with the development, of companywide learning programs that are in alignment with the strategic objectives of the company.
Essential Job Accountabilities
Conducts company training and development needs assessments & analysis to determine training solutions
Assists with the design/development and delivery of company training programs to meet the needs of the organization and improve employee performance
Reviews availability and evaluates applicability of outside training resources for possible internal utilization
Evaluates initiatives (as assigned) and provides both qualitative and quantitative feedback regarding the impact of the initiatives on reaction, learning, behavior, performance, and/or business results to determine the effectiveness of initiatives
Provides implementation support of companywide initiatives e.g. Six Sigma, Safety, Culture, etc. to improve company performance and meet business objectives
Works with HR Managers on talent management functions to ensure the development of employees to meet business needs, this may include: Competencies, Performance Standards/Measurements, Development/Learning Plans, Career Pathing & Succession Planning
Updates and maintains training manuals, and other training materials, to ensure accuracy and a professional presentation
As needed, assists Training/OD Coordinator with training administrative tasks including, but not limited to; training reports/tracking/coordination, etc., to support the companies training needs and to ensure a positive customer experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational development, behavioral science or similar area of study required
Master's Degree a plus
Work Experience
7+ years progressive experience in training program assessment, analysis, design and delivery
Prior construction industry experience a plus
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Proven experience in creating and delivering informal and formal learning solutions and utilize learning metrics/analytics to measure the impact of them
Excellent project management skills along with a demonstrated high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
Strong knowledge of Talent Mgt. process and ability to assist with the creation and implementation of the process
Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges with consistent follow through
Attention to detail/accuracy, quick learner and internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
Strong customer service focus
Excellent written/oral communication and facilitation skills to effectively disseminate information and convey concepts, ideas and information to all levels of employees
Ability to set priorities, organize work and work in high production environment while responding quickly and effectively under pressure, changing priorities and tight timelines/deadlines
Team player who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
Ability to apply a systematic process to analyze/identify performance gaps and create solutions to close them, shift individuals, teams, and organizations from current state to desired state, and improve others' ability to set goals, take action, and maximize strengths
Physical Demands

Base Salary Range:
$104,744.00 - $157,115.00
Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
