Provide end to end management of strategic innovative initiatives including oversight or support of implementing new technologies and processes for the Cigna Business Unit. Effectively gather consensus, communicate, and coordinate strategic changes across the organization. Partner together with the Cigna Service Delivery team to enhance existing capabilities and delivery net new.
Minimum Experience Required
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Mathematics, Health Sciences and similar field of study
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role):
10+ years of management and operations leadership experience, with emphasis on designing, implementing and using innovative technology solutions.
Experience in two or more of the following areas: project management, operations management, medical claims operations, health services management, healthcare economics, and/or management consulting
Experience with enterprise and large scale projects
Previous experience in managing direct reports
Ability to supervise and manage direct reports of various skillsets
Strong and focused team player and a pragmatic consensus builder.
High energy, innovative, hardworking, and an inspiring leader developer.
High learning agility must possess ability to quickly grasp new concepts and make decisions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to measure and assess 2nd and 3rd order affects of initiatives while simultaneously managing multiple initiatives and change management processes

Exceptional communication, presentation, critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to senior executives, Cigna, and enterprise.
