As a Senior Lead Guest Facing Technology Vendor Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Guest Facing Technology team reporting to the Senior Manager Guest Facing Technology Consulting, you will be responsible for operations of the Guest Facing Internet Access program including active management of all vendors.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead internal and external partners in strategy and project initiation, architecture, requirements analysis, design, project management, and systems integration activities.

  • Report on project status.

  • Manage partners to support the launch of projects including but not limited to Connected Room (Edge Controller).

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Interaction with brand leaders and owner groups.

  • Lead communication of projects and programs to Team Members and partners i.e. Owner relations, AD&C, and QA teams.

  • Provide regular updates to The Senior Team leaders on program status.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Manage metrics for the Guest Facing Internet Access program and manage vendor performance around the deployment and support.

  • Establish procedures and manage and enforce policy.

  • Manage projects and initiatives through the standard methodology from project approval to deployment.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field

  • Six (6) years of customer support/data networking experience

  • Three (3) years of Technical vendor management experience

  • Experience with networking and wi-fi technologies

  • Project/program management experience

  • Working knowledge of industry-standard data security policies and procedures

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience

  • Ten (10) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field

  • Nine (9) + years of customer support/data networking experience

  • Six (6) years of Technical Vendor Management Experience
