Senior Lead Digital Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI). This organization partners with multiple LOB's which serve customers through all digital channels, focused on innovating and transforming the CX to enable better engagement with Wells Fargo in a "digital first" capacity. As a seasoned Digital Product professional, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys. This individual will help drive modernization and digitization to deliver best-in-class capabilities including but not limited to public site, content management, customer communications, accounts opening, servicing, deposits, etc. This includes collaboration with our Product Management leaders & line of business (LOB) partners in a fast-paced matrixed environment involving constant change. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, including but not limited to refining, planning and prioritizing Product Backlogs and work with teams to plan Sprints

• Partner internally to estimate delivery & execution of product vision in large-scale planning

• Ability to produce user stories, write detailed acceptance criteria for user stories based on the product requirements to ensure successful delivery

• Influence digital strategy & facilitate story mapping using Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) into quarterly program increments or sprint-level goals

• Adhere to compliance & controls within an enterprise risk management framework

• Act as a conduit between stakeholders at all levels during planning, execution, and ongoing operations to optimize capabilities, maximize customer value, and align expectations

• Responsible for executive reporting on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years Agile experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner

• 3+ years leading digital product growth and adoption activities related to one or a combination of the following: deposits & checking, credit card, or digital feature portfolios (i.e. accounts summary dashboards, reports)

• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC/PDLC delivering web & mobile products

• Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

• Digital platform or product experience within financial services or banking strongly preferred

• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships at all levels

• Produced user stories, acceptance criteria and UML (Unified Modeling Language)

• Experience with requirements management while delivering a best-in-class digital CX

• Agile management tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence

• Knowledge and understanding of API programming and/or Microservices

• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• A BS/BA degree or higher

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
