The Digital for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablement. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to help drive our front-end enablement strategy and roadmap. As a seasoned product manager, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plan

  • Experience managing a technical program, governance or development operations area.

  • Technically curious with the ability to empathize with the developer-customer

  • Understanding of development environments (Continuous Integration and Deployment, processes and principles, source code control).

  • Previous product management experience with B2B products in a large cross-functional organization.

  • Experience with enterprise level risk management, info security and SDLC requirements

Job Expectations:

  • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. This includes all candidates requiring immediate sponsorship of H1-B, TN or E-3 visas as well as future sponsorship of STEM (F-1/OPT) visas.

  • Candidates must be willing to work on site. Locations include New York City, NY; Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC; Chandler/Phoenix, AZ; and San Francisco, CA. Highly prefer candidates based on the East Coast.

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
