About this role:

We are looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Connectivity Solutions Product team supporting Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking. Connectivity Solutions includes Wells Fargo's external API platform responsible for delivering financial services experiences of the future. This role will provide critical thought leadership in the ongoing modernization journey of our API ecosystem platform and establish building blocks necessary to enhance our digital product journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive modernization initiatives: lead the transformation of our internal platform capabilities, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and future ready

  • Enhance external capabilities: develop internal platforms that significantly improve the performance and function of our client facing services

  • Strategic vision and leadership: offer strategic guidance and vision to align our API ecosystem with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices

  • Innovation and improvements: identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within our platforms, driving business growth and efficiency

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of working experience of API management platform and associated ecosystem

  • 5+ years of working in Agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of business development: business vision, strategies, and goals

  • Product strategy development experience

  • Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives

  • 5+ years of Agile Framework experience

  • 5+ years of working in cloud native platform and associated services

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be willing to work out of San Francisco, CA, Concord, CA, New York, NY, or Charlotte, NC approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:

  • San Francisco, CA: $138,500 - $287,600

  • Concord, CA: $138,500 - $287,600

  • New York, NY: $138,500 - $287,600

  • Charlotte, NC: $120,400 - $250,000

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
