Job Description

Our Employee Benefits team includes 7 experts specializing in employee ownership, executive compensation and governance. The team is composed of two partners, a senior lawyer and four associates. Excellence of our team has been recognized through Spotlight ranking by Chambers Europe 2024.

The team assists CAC 40, SBF 120 companies, French or foreign issuers, non-listed companies, private equity funds and financial institutions, particularly in the structuring and deployment in France and internationally of employee shareholding and value-sharing schemes , on executive remuneration and management packages. The team also regularly advises on consequences of IPO, public tender offers and M&A transactions for employee shareholding and remuneration schemes.

The team is multidisciplinary, working on all regulatory, corporate, stock exchange, tax and labour law issues relating to this practice area.

Qualifications

  • You are an outstanding Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience on employee benefits, management packages or in M&A.

  • You have worked in a leading national or international law firm.

  • You have a strong academic background, and you possess excellent technical skills.

  • Proficiency in English is required for any non-native English speaker.

  • You are well-organized and commercial in your approach.

  • Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are also required qualities in order to progress in a stimulating environment.
