The position is for an emerging leader in Labor and Payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: collect data, allocate costs and provide reporting to support the company's payroll and labor accounting systems, reconcile general ledger accounts, review and update documented procedures to ensure adequate internal controls exist and are functioning properly, support audits, and communicate system and compliance requirements with internal and external customers. This position requires Support/collaboration/cooperation with employees, Human Resources, management and Corporate Shared Services, etc. to provide necessary data and assist in resolution of labor and payroll issues. Responsible for incorporating internal/external tools to develop efficiencies within labor and payroll processes.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience with Labor Accounting and/or Payroll Accounting
MS Office experience including but not limited to: MS Excel data comparisons, formula writing, query pulling, macros, and pivot tables
