Job Description:

The position is for an emerging leader in Labor and Payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: collect data, allocate costs and provide reporting to support the company's payroll and labor accounting systems, reconcile general ledger accounts, review and update documented procedures to ensure adequate internal controls exist and are functioning properly, support audits, and communicate system and compliance requirements with internal and external customers. This position requires Support/collaboration/cooperation with employees, Human Resources, management and Corporate Shared Services, etc. to provide necessary data and assist in resolution of labor and payroll issues. Responsible for incorporating internal/external tools to develop efficiencies within labor and payroll processes.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

  • Experience with Labor Accounting and/or Payroll Accounting

  • MS Office experience including but not limited to: MS Excel data comparisons, formula writing, query pulling, macros, and pivot tables

We are seeking a talented Operational Excellence Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end process transformation in various areas across CO-OP to improve operational effectiveness, client experience and support enterprise strategy execution. What You Can Look Forward to * Build and support consistent, repeatable, credible measurement methodology. * Establish specification limits based on VOC, and SLAs/SLEs in conjunctions with business partners. * Define benchmarks and "best-in-class" for industry. * Develop and refine CO-OP KPIs inclusive of target performance. * Design operational dashboards and data representation methods. * Lead and coach "management by fact" (MBFs) process end-to-end. * Perform statistical analysis and analyze to identify key drivers and develop business insights. * Manage client reporting data and distribution to internal parties. * Share ET&S business metrics and analysis to better understand performance against plan, predict areas of opportunity, and establish understanding of existing issues. * Drive process transformation through identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvement opportunities to align with strategic objectives of retention, revenue, and EBITDA. * Develop roadmap for execution on process transformation. * Support Board-level metric reporting. * Support metric and reporting maturation and automation. * Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions. What You'll Need to Succeed * Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent training and/or experience. * 5-8 years directly related experience. * 5-8 years operational management or support. * 5-8 years metrics development. * 5-8 years project management. * Six Sigma certification (minimum Black Belt preferred). * Project management. * Statistical analysis tools, such as JMP. * Reporting tools, such as Tableau. * Knowledge of CO-OP ET&S processes. * Critical thinking. * Research and understanding information quickly. * Data gathering, analysis, and synthesis and representation. * Process and client focused. * Navigating cross functional teams. * Self-starter that works without a high-level of direction.
