Compensation • Base pay of up to $3,000/month with a tiered commission structure based on profits closed in a 30-day period • Typical comp of Base Pay Commissions after fully trained - $80,000 - $100,000 • Discretionary Bonuses available Qualifications • Quick on your feet • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Passionate about selling • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Proven experience in phone sales, in-person sales, or customer service •No previous real estate experience is needed • Real estate license is NOT required and we'd prefer if applicants do not hold a license Responsibilities • Respond to all leads • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed • Make calls and drive neighborhoods (if located within our market) to develop new leads • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects • Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate property acquisition deals • Take part in our daily huddle calls Successful candidates will have: • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. • Forward-thinking, self-motivated, and detail-driven focus with expertise in problem-solving, organization, follow up and winning over our customers, vendors, and partners • Tech savviness and experience with standard and research platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Docusign, Propstream, Podio CRM databases). • Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal), high level of energy, team-player mindset, and genuine interest and passion for the real estate industry • Commitment to personal development, openmindedness, conscientiousness, and a great sense of humor • Able to visit our properties local to Charlotte is preferred, but not mandatory.
