LCAT: Sr Land Warfare Analyst

Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSO missions in order to provide the JEMSO Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.

Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;

  • Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;

  • Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;

  • Evaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;

  • Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging JEMSO threats to joint operations;

Qualifications:

  • Experience in tactical and operational level targeting processes

  • Twelve (12) plus years of demonstrated relevant operational experience in the US Army or US Marine Corps

  • Experience at the tactical and operational level with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes;

  • Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat JEMSO

  • Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations;

  • Operational experience of EMSO and spectrum management

  • Training and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.
