You are an experienced Java Software Engineer that has a thorough working knowledge of Java and you're comfortable using USS as a programming environment. You're able to mentor and coach others, but still humble and willing to learn from others as well. You are confident in your skills and are eager to innovate and add cool things to the product to capture more of the market share. You're a collaborator at heart and enjoy working as a team, but you also recognize when you're more efficient working on your own to meet deadlines and get things done. You're meticulous about proper documentation; you agree that good product materials mean that customers can help themselves and answer their own questions without having to call technical support. Yet, you welcome engaging with customers when they need to call and talk to a "techie".
