Join our dynamic team as a Privileged Access Management Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our security posture and ensuring the integrity of our systems. Role Overview: In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to onboard privileged accounts into our advanced CyberArk platform.

Your responsibilities will span from understanding agency-specific requirements to developing essential CyberArk connection components. As the primary point of contact for agencies, you'll provide expert guidance during testing phases and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with agency stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for privileged accounts. Develop and implement CyberArk connection components tailored to specific agency needs. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting expertise throughout testing and implementation phases.

Create and maintain comprehensive reports on project metrics and deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards. Install, configure, and maintain PAM solutions to uphold system security and operational integrity. Required Skills and Expertise:

Proficiency with CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management systems. Experience in onboarding and managing privileged accounts. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Solid understanding of Active Directory (AD) and associated security principles. Scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and API integration. Familiarity with Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs) workflows.

Desired Skills (not required): Knowledge of Azure Identity Security and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access Policies. Familiarity with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) tools and concepts. Additional Information:
