Out of this growing challenge, the IT Service Sustainability Management (SSM) team has been established to drive greater levels of resiliency across top tier critical IT services.
You will assist the SSM Manager in designing and delivering audits to assess the resilience of Humana's top critical IT services.. You will also work with a variety of teams across IT to identify, assess, monitor and escalate service sustainability exposures within Humana's IT environment. The focus is to ensure that IT process, people and technology are optimized to enable world-class service delivery for our members. In addition, you will work in conjunction with a cross-functional team with Humana's security, infrastructure and solution engineering teams to implement key service sustainability management controls.
Key responsibilities include:
Design and deliver audits to assess resilience of Humana's top critical IT Services
Assist in aggregating configuration, asset, resiliency assessments, and multiple KPI's/KRI's from disparate systems.
Assist SSM Manager in designing and conducting IT Service Sustainability assessments and exposure assessment workshops to determine potential service risks and opportunities
Collaborate with IT asset owners, process owners and IT leaders to identify, develop, and track metrics and appetite threshold for key service sustainability efforts
Utilize data analysis, visualization and reporting tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, and/or Splunk
Document and track exposure assessment results and maintain reports of significant recommendations, control policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
Design, deliver and maintain a communication and training plan for the Service Sustainability program
Work with the SSM Manager in identifying and documenting processes and procedures as identified during IT Service Sustainability Management Governance development.
Support other key initiatives such as business continuity planning, disaster recovery, issue tracking, exposure reporting, and other relevant activities

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
2-5 years' experience in operational risk management, audit and/or IT/Operations Management
Ability to influence others
Project and program management experience
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and with the team, self-motivator.
Successful track record in facilitating and consulting across teams

General understanding of diverse technologies (i.e. mainframe, server, network, cloud, disaster recovery, etc.)
General knowledge of Humana IT areas or functions
Experience with designing for resilience across people, process, and technology. Knowledge of resilience frameworks such as CERT Resiliency Management Model a plus
Understanding of high availability architecture and application design patterns
Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, CRISC, CGEIT, PMP, TOGAF
Understanding of compliance requirements such as Payment Card Industry (PCI), Sarbanes-Oxley, SSAE-18 SOC1 & SOC2, HIPAA, ISO27001, COBIT, VALIT, RISKIT, ITIL, COBIT, SANS, NIST
Experience in multiple IT disciplines such as Security Management, Business Continuity and IT Operations
Advanced degree preferred
