Overview This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. The Senior IT Regulatory Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the 1st Line IT Regulatory Compliance function provides effective coverage and management of IT compliance risk, in alignment with Corporate Compliance and 2nd Line IT Oversight programs.

This role will be responsible for coordinating compliance activities for technology, responding to regulatory requests, and providing expertise to ensure the activities are well-coordinated and well-managed. The role requires strong working knowledge of banking regulations, especially those applicable to large financial institutions, and experience with regulatory examination management activities and managing responses to regulatory issues. This role must have the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders by building trust and credibility through strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and consistent actions.

Responsibilities Maintain strong working knowledge of banking regulations and expectations for IT risk management for large financial institutions. Use high degree of judgment to review, address and resolve complex issues with internal stakeholders, providing expertise in preparation, during, and through issue response. Working with senior leaders and all levels of the organization to build trust and credibility through strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and consistent actions.

Support development and maintenance of policies, standards, and procedures, as needed, which cover the management of Information Technology risks in line with applicable regulatory requirements. Perform assessments and impact analysis of regulatory changes and support the development of management action plans to address the regulatory change. Support identification and documentation of applicable IT compliance risks and controls as part of the 1st Line IT Business Units RCSA process.

Develop appropriate training programs to ensure IT compliance policy and regulatory requirements are understood by applicable stakeholders. Assist in the development of and provide ongoing input into IT Compliance Risk Reporting associated with the covered laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Legal, Regulatory Examination, or Compliance OR High School Diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Legal, Regulatory Examination, or Compliance Preferred Education:

Master's Degree / MBA Preferred Area of Study: Legal or Business Administration Preferred Area of Experience: Regulatory Relations or Legal in an IT organization License or Certification Type:

CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control Preferred, CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor Preferred, CIA - Certified IT Auditor Preferred Preferred skills/experience: Prior experience working directly with IT compliance and/or banking regulations (FFIEC, OCC heightened standards, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-making. Ability to effectively communicate IT compliance information to technical, management, and executive audiences.

Strong understanding of IT compliance and risk activities common to large financial institutions Demonstrated ability to make decisions while dealing with complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks and practices Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and ensure consistency across regulatory activities. Use high degree of independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Teams If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $108,205 and $165,914. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
