To manage project activities and implementations for the department. Manages relationships with external and internal personnel including vendors, consultants, Information Services staff, and other Prisma Health personnel.
Projects are typically more complex in nature and of a high dollar cost. Maintains development of strategic plans and compliance with governmental and accrediting agencies.

Responsible for ensuring project deliverables and outcomes are implemented on time, on budget and meeting the project scope objectives.
Develops scope documents, budgets, project plans, project metrics and justification to meet the operational need ensuring organizational goal alignment.
Manages the overall project including timelines, resources, purchases, and deliverables to meet timeline expectations. Responsible for issue tracking and follow up to ensure operational acceptance and project success.
Provides project status updates and appropriately escalates issues to Information Technology senior management.
Participates in Information Technology strategic planning sessions and supports the approved departmental and organizational initiatives.
Works with vendors, architects, engineers, hospital departmental personnel, and Information Technology management to coordinate project activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
