Role Description :

The IAS (Intelligence Automation Solutions) IT Manager takes ownership of technology related to Automations. She/he is accountable to maintain and support Automation applications as well as the underlying technical infrastructure. She/he is also responsible to make sure IAS COE build and deliver robust automation solutions that are aligned with global IT policies and standards. She/he will be accountable for recommending appropriate technology solutions and delivering architectural and technical solution design.

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate coordination and communication between IAS COE and all layers of Global IT

  • Manage IT Automation budget to support the Automation platforms (application and infrastructure)

  • Manage vendors relationship

  • Manage the IT Automation team OPR, training plan, communication, management meeting

  • Manage demand and supply effort hours in our resource planning solution

  • Provide project management support to ensure automation project IT deliveries

  • Assist IAS COE developers to design robust functional and technical solutions

  • Perform process IAS COE technical design review to ensure applications connectivity, security aspects, architecture and IT standards compliance

  • Consult with IT regarding upstream changes to infrastructure and applications that may request changes / testing to existing automations

  • Support, maintain and monitor the technical Infrastructure of the RPA platform

  • Ensure proactive actions to avoid for automation performance errors / issues

  • Ensure SOX compliance processes for logical access, change and operations management

  • Ensure adequate user roles & required permissions to support automations

  • Ensure deployment between the dev, test, QA and production environments

  • Ensure that offshore resources are leveraged appropriately

  • Reports status, issues and risks to IAS COE on a regular basis

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, RPA, network technologies, application authentication/authorization, and virtual server/desktop environment

  • Minimum of 3 years of technical hands-on experience with management/leadership in previous roles, preferably in RPA; these are not Business Process roles

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with hands-on work experience with an RPA tool, preferably Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Kofax or Blue Prism (Pega)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - Team Lead role within GSM is focused on leading a team of finished good procurement professionals for the Hand Tools and Storage Group (HTSG) in support of Stanley Black & Decker's 22/22 vision. This role is responsible for defining, leading and monitoring holistic supplier strategies, developing category and procurement expertise and talent, and driving TCO best practices across the business units and supply management. This role is responsible for overseeing category sourcing strategies for ~$250M annual spend and driving sourced product NPD and productivity. This role is tasked with building a customer-focused, service-oriented team, and fostering a motivating environment through his/her leadership skills. This position will involve leading efforts on a global basis interacting with multiple SBUs, geographies and work cultures. Duties & Responsibilities * Manage a team focused on sourcing of direct spend categories to ensure high degree of service delivery and SBU satisfaction * Understand and link category strategy with GSM priorities and SBU goals * Partner with the SBUs to ensure they recognize the business value from the GSM team * Oversees the implementation of category strategies in support of the 22/22 vision and margin resiliency initiatives * Responsible for creation of TCO value to the organization through a combination of productivity, working capital, synergies, reduced risk, improved supplier lead times, etc. * Maintains business relationships with strategic suppliers for SBUs and serves as an escalation point to resolve supplier performance issues * Sponsor and architect transformation initiatives to drive a step-change in procurement productivity and performance, and communicate results * Implement strategic supplier management, supplier risk management, supplier diversity, and CSR programs within Corporate Directs (leveraging the CoE) * Institutionalize best-practice processes and policies and knowledge sharing within the Corporate Directs team and ensure continuous improvement within the category. * Sponsor the use of digital, automation, and advanced analytics to unlock new sources of value and insight within the team * Guide the skills and competency development of his/her staff, including training development and knowledge management capabilities * Guarantee compliance with GSM policies and procedures and DoA requirements Qualifications * 5-10 years of experience in sourcing * Must have a balance of both strategic and operational capacities; including global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, etc. * Successful track record of designing and implementing complex sourcing and procurement strategies that achieved desired results within the category. * Experience in strategic planning, budgeting and financial reporting * Global mindset with experience working in an international/multi-cultural matrix environment * Experience leading diverse and remote teams Skills & Certifications * Strong listening, coaching and influencing skills * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; particularly at the management level * Influencing without direct authority * Ability to listen, engage and influence internal and external stakeholders. * Executive presence and effective presentation skills * Strong financial and analytical skills * Ability to conceive strategic program initiatives, plan them, sell ideas and execute. * Strong program and transformation management skills * Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a global organization with minimum supervision * Multi-lingual * CPIM or CSCMP certification * PMP certifications * Six Sigma or Lean/Kaizen certification Travel Must be willing to travel approximately 25% of his/her time.
