Reporting to the Director of Communications and Collaboration, the content and collaboration administrator will liaise with various teams to build and maintain all platforms such as but not limited to SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Teams, WebEx, etc.

This position requires the individual to be based out of the Roseville, MN or Heathrow, FL headquarters.

The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other Duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.


  • Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily onsite maintenance of all the existing tools listed above.

  • Support and operations for all the content and collaboration tools.

  • Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and validation of solutions.

  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.

  • Broad understanding of technologies in the collaboration space

  • Assist in driving the road map for better collaboration for our employees both internally and externally.

  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in managing, using and/or or administering products in, or similar to, Veritas' Communications and Collaborations product suite

  • 5+ years' experience is supporting communications and collaboration tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is desired.

  • Ability to present information and data to all levels within the company

  • Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.

  • Experience with SharePoint's application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.

  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables

  • Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to quickly analyze situations, correlate ideas, and make decisions on issues and resolutions.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Experience working with internal and external partners to deliver services
