Alphanumeric is hiring a Senior IT Data Reporting Analyst to work in Raleigh, NC.

The Senior IT Data Reporting Analyst will report to the IT Manager of MI Support and will serve as the principal data analyst and processing advisor for all IT-maintained operational, regulatory, and ad-hoc reporting systems and repositories provided for business use.

This position will interface directly with the Underwriting, Servicing, Billing, Claims, Financial, and Compliance reporting and analytical functions within the business and will work closely with IT development and support teams to analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain automated software solutions to support the data and systems or tools used.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all efforts for project development or critical production support issues that involve IT-provided reporting or analytical data or its processing

  • Interpret, document, and provide guidance on (to IT support teams) the purposes and uses of the systems, interfaces, and tools that are provided as IT solutions to the business for reporting and analytics

  • Provide guidance on all primary data repository contents and supporting data platform usages involved with essential reporting or analytics processing, including data integrations with all transaction-based systems

  • Collaborate with business analysts on analytical or reporting research and documentation needed to support development initiatives and projects

  • Develop and conduct mentoring/training sessions for business or IT resources as needed to improve the understanding of reporting data content and processes when needed in support of new development or support initiatives

  • Coordinate and assist with all disaster/recovery drill tests related to applications or systems that comprise essential processing for reporting or analytics

This team member will also lead the quality assurance process for all Consumer Banking Compliance monitoring activities. Key Responsibilities: * Produce integrated reporting using multiple data sources (Enterprise databases, Excel workbooks, Access databases, etc.) * Create customized Tableau dashboards and Microsoft Excel reporting solutions using MS SQL Server * Work with large data sets to identify trends, issues and insight * Report findings, insight, and recommendations to executive management using sophisticated reporting techniques * Collaborate with Reporting & Analytics peer teams, providing information to enable reporting, insightful metric analysis, and presentations Please note: Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.
