- Manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Pre-approved overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
- Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with stakeholders, consultants, and off-site personnel or management.
- Provide input and participate in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.
- Review contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct contract training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of contract requirements.
- Identify areas for procurement and contract process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Coordinates deliverables and plans with other project managers, change managers, communications and SMEs, Divisional & Territorial Headquarters staff.
