SENIOR IT CONTRACT SPECIALISTJob Type: Contract, 6 months to startPrimary Location:Remote (occasional travel) -Toronto, OntarioWe are currently looking for a IT CONTRACT SPECIALIST to support our client partner in non-profit sector.Job Requirements
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects. 
  • Pre-approved overtime as required to meet project deadlines. 
  • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.  
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with stakeholders, consultants, and off-site personnel or management. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide input and participate in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities. 
  • Review contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations. 
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination. 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. 
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 
  • Conduct contract training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of contract requirements. 
  • Identify areas for procurement and contract process improvement and implement changes as needed. 
  • Coordinates deliverables and plans with other project managers, change managers, communications and SMEs, Divisional & Territorial Headquarters staff.
