Over a decade, the Ultimate team has delivered proven results in hundreds of projects and thousands of service hours to the global leaders of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and logistics markets.JOB PURPOSE: Providing IT Business Analysis and Project Management & Leadership activities for assigned Strategic Business-IT projects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee & lead Strategic Global & Regional Business-IT Projects as Business Analyst and Project Manager – accountable for delivery of project tasks assigned.
- Define/gather system requirements in conjunction with the business to plan, develop and integrate Enterprise systems (ERP/PLAN/MAKE).
- Manage issue resolution associated with projects and the operation and usage of delivered systems.
- Partner with all JJT delivery functions (Technology Leaders, Product Groups, Technology Services etc.) group to successfully deliver solutions to the business.
- Interacts with multiple global & regional business stakeholders (e.g. Source, Plan, ERP, Make, Quality, Finance, Lab and Logistics/Deliver stakeholders) and extends support to Regional Manufacturing Technology Operations.
- Facilitating technical discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolutions, reporting progress of project deliverables to multiple executive steering groups.
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed within budget with adequate resources assigned and meeting business priorities.
- Deliver right first-time project implementations as per J&J best practices.
- Be an active partner with the business, representing the overall JJT execution strategy in partnership forums.

- Experience leading SC Technology projects. Leading of major IT capabilities deployment (e.g. PLAN, ERP SAP, Manufacturing Systems)
- Bachelor’s degree in technology disciplines (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Medical Sciences, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent and min. 10 years’ experience in supporting/delivering IT Projects (certifications desired)
- Working knowledge of multiple functional and technical disciplines (e.g. Advanced Planning OMP/APO, ERP SAP S4/Oracle JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, Manufacturing Execution, Data Management, LIMS, Labeling processes and solutions, Quality systems)
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with frameworks (Agile, ITIL)
- Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, CSV) within Supply Chain ecosystem
- Experience with GxP / Manufacturing Environments
- Certifications in Project Management and Tools (e.g. PMP, IPMA, MS Project, JIRA)
- Experience with Business Testing, Software Development Life Cycle, New technologies (e.g. Advanced Planning, SAP S4, Cloud Computing, AI/ML
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology disciplines (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Medical Sciences, Engineering, etc.)
- 10 years’ experience in supporting/delivering IT Projects (certifications desired)
