Overview:
Join our dynamic IP Corporate Organization at Revvity, Inc. as a Senior IP Paralegal/Contracts Administrator, reporting directly to the Chief IP Counsel. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with our IP legal team, external law firms, and employees across the company to protect and manage our intellectual property.
As a key player in contracts management, you'll work closely with our Finance team and various business units to ensure all contractual commitments are met by both our company and our partners. If you're ready to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Role & Responsibilities:
Become proficient in Revvity's IP database to ensure timely updating of the database and accurate report (e.g., docket) generation.
Provide at least quarterly reports on various IP metrics based on different query options.
Take lead role in allowing for informed decisions regarding upcoming foreign filing and annuity payments. Coordinate the receipt, execution, tracking, and return of formal IP documents to law firms and other vendors.
Work with other legal and IP department team members to ensure proper coverage of daily responsibilities.
As Contracts Coordinator, compile listing of contractual obligation, but by and to Revvity, and create system to allow for tracking of such obligations.
Work with finance teams, overall legal, and business teams to ensure obligations are timely satisfied.
Willingness to assume other projects as needed in the IP and overall Revvity legal organization, such as, e.g., updating a document management policy, creating a virtual IP marking website, etc.

Role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as part of an overall IP, and larger legal, group.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle detail-oriented tasks.
Self-reliant, demonstrate ownership and accountability, and have a strong sense of initiative.
Must be willing to follow-up with deadlines, and be counted on to reliably complete tasks on time.
Organized and able to manage time to accomplish goals despite ever-shifting priorities.
Exercise good judgment in prioritization and proactively seek guidance, particularly when priorities conflict.
Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and be able to handle internal and external communications with poise and courtesy.
Very strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy in all work is required.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and preferably, an IP database, is very preferred.
Strong organizational and coordinating abilities, with a team orientation
