Senior Inventory Analyst - PVH Corp.
The Sr Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and for assisting in the implementation of inventory policies, targets and replenishment strategies to manage inventory across core, core+ and fashion workflows. The position is charged with consolidating the divisions demand signal and using historical data, current trends, input from business and demand planning partners to generate and maintain informed inventory parameters and quality flows on assigned accounts. This person is a well-rounded individual who encompasses analytical, communication and leadership skills, is able to provide support, direction and growth path for direct reports.
Support change in operational efficiencies to support long-term business growth
Establish best practices and tools for inventory planning formalize process
Assist in the develop replenishment strategies for inventory planning including but not limited to inventory settings, days of supply coverage targets, order minimums, lead time management, and replenishment orders
Aggregate and understand unconstrained demand
Identify and execute inventory reduction opportunities backed with ROI
Collaborate with business and demand planning partners on key business initiatives and reflect in inventory policies
Support collaborative strategies among Supply, Inventory and Demand Planning to maximize inventory availability
Effectively communicate with internal partners
3-5 years in inventory planning
Information seeking/data gathering
Retail or commercial acumen - concepts such as promotion, sell-through, margin, distribution mechanics, velocity, seasonality
Highly Proficient in MS Excel
