Growing from 17,000 employees to 25,000 by 2025, this is an incredible time to join our organization Work Schedule: This position is in Irvine, CA and will require 2 days onsite per week, 1 day being on Tuesdays. Job Responsibilities:

Provide support in the following International Tax processes: Tax Return Compliance, utilizing compliance software: Prepare Forms 5471 and 8858 including importation of financial data, calculation of earnings and profits adjustments, analysis of taxes and determination of subpart F, GILTI and FDII calculations Prepare Form 1118, including supporting sourcing and apportionment workpapers Prepare US income tax elections and supporting statements Tax Accounting, quarterly and annual, utilizing software applications:

Reconcile income tax accounts for select subsidiaries and mini-consolidation of international affiliates, including incorporation into tax accounting software Propose journal entries for taxes of international affiliates as needed Assist in process of quarterly and annual information gathering Ensure tax-relevant data is imported and maintained properly in the tax accounting software Calculate taxes on deferred profit in inventory Screen for subpart F and other US tax elements based on forecast and actual data Prepare quarterly uncertain tax positions file Tax Authority Examinations: support for US and international examinations Tax Planning: Assist with FP&A for effective tax rate forecast models Support other modeling and tax research on special tax projects as required Training: assist in preparing and providing training in tax return compliance and tax provision reporting to other finance colleagues The responsibilities above will develop from supporting to independent analysis and leading. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field A minimum of five years of relevant experience OR (three years with a Master’s degree) International tax compliance experience required (Forms 5471, F8858, and 1118); Strong communication skills, self-motivated and driven to make a difference; Proven expertise in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel (Xlookup, Index/Match, Indirect, and Macros) Preferred Qualifications Big 4, or regional accounting firm experience CPA, MST Strong income tax accounting background Tax software experience (Corptax, Longview, OneSource) strongly preferred and confidence working with new technologies; Ability to work with and analyze large volumes of data, including experience with data analytic and RPA tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate), a plus; and Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL; Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
