We have a Senior Interior Designer position open in Dallas, TX with an award-winning, internationally acclaimed full-service design firm focused on design of luxury resort and hospitality environments and the way people engage and experience them.The Senior Interior Designer will provide Creative Design Solutions and Leadership through all phases of design projects from initial client meetings through installation.We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced interior designerwhopossessesthequalitiesto lead design teams through all project phases and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the firm. The preferred candidate has experience implementing hospitality and commercial projects at a large scale and complex level of detail.Responsibilities

manage design quality and aesthetic
maintain a design schedule that aligns with client expectations and hold design teams and consultants accountable to that schedule
be a resource to the firm and young designers as a wealth of knowledge & experience, proper project delivery, and professional development.

Qualifications

10+Years’experiencein large-scale/hospitality projects
Must have portfolio of large scale luxury hospitality project experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit required
Bachelor’sormaster’sdegreein Interior Architecture or related field from an accredited university required
Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast- paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and written
Must be legally authorized to workintheUnitedStatesforany employer without sponsorship
NCIDQlicensurerequired

Understands the importance of growing and maintaining client relationshipsandthebasicconcept of business development
Management of internal design teams, showcasing the ability to lead,setdeadlines,teach,andfoster a healthy team attitude, chain of communicationandworkschedule; lead internal team design meetings on a regular basis
