The Higher Education Technology Services team is responsible for the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday Student implementation projects. As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. It's an exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment!

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the Integration workstream on customer projects

• Architect and design integrations between Workday and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality

• Shape the future development of our organization, the Workday product, and our implementation tools by providing strategic insights and innovative solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction

Must have:

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills

• Proven track record in leading technical projects

• Solid technical background in web services, programming languages, integrated development environments, and related technologies involved in processing and transmitting data between systems

Should have:

• Experience in architecting, and developing integrations for HCM, Financial, or Student Information Systems

• Passion for solving integration challenges, inspiring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment

Nice to have:

• Workday HCM, FIN or Student implementation experience

• Understanding of Higher Education business functions

About You

We are looking for hardworking, creative consultants who are passionate about what they do! You should excel at explaining complex concepts in simple terms, understanding customer procedures, and taking the workstream lead role on projects. You are curious about how things work and love solving puzzles.

We look for team members who will suggest innovative ways to develop and deliver technical solutions. You should be an self-starter who can drive ideas from design through implementation.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $111,300 USD - $166,900 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $105,700 USD - $195,600 USD
