Hippo is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to join our team!

About This Role
We are not only redefining how insurance is viewed in today's households, but how the relationship and ongoing benefits impact the end customer. As a testament to our mission, we've developed a proactive focus on smart home systems by providing kits, professional monitoring and related discounts to help our customers care for and protect their homes. We're expanding and deepening our Smart Home Program and in this new role, you can help us successfully do so.
Reports to: Director of Retention Marketing
We're looking for a new teammate who is passionate about marketing, collaboration and communication, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve issues. You're a "swiss army knife" of marketing and can collaborate with cross-functional partners across all business teams. You'll lead product marketing strategy, creative development, messaging/positioning, segment specific communications, email marketing, gathering customer insights and campaign tracking that will drive substantial business impact. You're self motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment but love working with a close-knit group.
Ideally, you've worked in the IoT and smart home space (or you have a love for the industry).
Contribute to brand strategies to innovate brand awareness and drive traffic for your projects, with special focus on Hippo's Smart Home program
Support the launch of product features and market expansions with engagement campaigns to new and existing users (ditto here on the Smart Home focus)
Collaborate with our marketing channel owners to promote the marketing content and drive performance and extract content synergies
Leverage personalization to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time based on their persona, preferences and behavior
Work cross functionally with partnership, product, design and engineering on creating full range of marketing materials and landing pages to connect the marketing content to our product user experience
Assist in the review of creative content and give final approval
Oversee campaigns to ensure success in all areas of media platforms
Create a robust measurement and experimentation program that will help us quickly improve our efforts, with statistically significant results
Optimize current marketing campaigns and create new campaigns with A/B tests
Analyze and monitor the impact of programs, using insights to constantly improve
Identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase conversions through various channels (email, push, in-app messages, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
5+ years of experience in B2B & B2C marketing, product marketing or partner marketing
Extensive experience producing cross-functional marketing campaigns that drive traffic/leads
Strong project management experience
Proven results in driving business results via content and email marketing
Incredibly skilled at customer and partner communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and organization
