The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing programs that drive business results in customer expansion and retention. Partnering closely with Portfolio Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Digital Experience, Marketing Operations and Customer Success Sales, this role is critical to driving growth and retention within our customer base.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Establishing and leading cross-functional teams and partnerships across Marketing to execute winning campaigns that tell a consistent and compelling story across marketing channels.
Designing and developing strategic, integrated marketing programs to establish Code42 as a leader in DLP, programs include both online and offline marketing mediums content, paid media, email, web, events that result in influencing sales targets
Creating compelling, concise campaign communications and marketing copy for both online and offline vehicles
Tracking campaign success metrics and analyzing progress of leads attributed to marketing programs, as well as providing recommendations and refinements to programs based on data, insights and sales performance
Performing all other duties as assigned and assisting in other areas as needed
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
7-10 years of B2B marketing experience across multiple roles (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing and/or information security experience a plus)
Strong understanding of the organization, its offerings and its culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with ability to initiate tasks and work independently but knows when to pull the right people into a project
Project management experience
Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, English or Communications
Ability to develop/edit compelling, succinct, error-free marketing materials; familiarity with AP writing style a plus
Budget planning and operations experience strongly preferred
Must be willing and able to travel occasionally
