Klaviyo is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to help bring our brand programs to life across channels. From high-level campaign strategy to the nitty gritty launch details to performance reporting, you'll lead the charge in making it all happen - in close partnership with our marketing, creative, and sales teams. This candidate will report to our Director of Brand and will play a key role in some of our most impactful campaigns and help us continually improve the process along the way.
How You'll Make a Difference
Collaborate and work cross-functionally to align campaign strategy, programs, and goals across the marketing team and broader organization
Ideate and lead discussions to come up with bold, creative ideas for our campaigns to cut through the noise, stand out in a crowded market, and elevate our brand
Optimize campaign messaging and positioning with Product Marketing and PR teams to create engagement and brand consistency at every touch point
Craft end-to-end customer journeys by partnering with our content and creative teams to optimize existing content and strategize new content
Rally our sales, partner, community, and internal teams around brand campaigns to amplify our message and reach
Understand industry landscape, tech capabilities, and competitive approach to recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, landing page experience to make each campaign deeply resonate with our audience
Define and build measurement plans with the Analytics team to define success drivers and growth levers by country, audience, channel, and specific tactic
Gather and analyze campaign performance, including reporting on key learnings
Develop and establish success criteria to help inform resource planning, campaign flighting, and overall prioritization across multiple stakeholders
Who You Are
5+ years of generalist SaaS marketing experience; a combination of brand, channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, and integrated campaign marketing is highly desirable
3+ years working in B2B marketing capacity
Proven expertise launching integrated campaigns at high-growth companies with demonstrable ROI
Sharp project management, communication, and writing skills - able to bring clarity and action to keep work moving forward with many stakeholders
Experience tracking and reporting on brand marketing performance across various metrics and diverse channels
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, and high-performance environment with ability to navigate gray areas by developing new processes and streamline workflows
Confident in advocating and educating cross-functional stakeholders on the nuances of brand marketing and setting expectations for how we approach each campaign
Excellent organizational, time management, and collaborative skills with ability to project manage across multiple teams with confidence and expertise, with interactions ranging from top executives to other individual contributors across marketing
The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$100,000-$150,000 USD
