Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our Lightning Source (LS) Content Acquisition Sales team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This person identifies and grows sales opportunities with small and mid-sized publishers for Ingram's range of publishing services in all global markets, working alongside marketing, customer support, external sales and other ICG departments to ensure consistency in strategy and approach. They utilize data to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling various ICG products as they are deemed suitable to the publisher's needs. This individual cross-sells and supports existing accounts, products and services available to the customer based on their service packages. They also respond to customer needs and concerns and develops, maintains, and grows customers primarily via telephone, video conference and email. Finally, they negotiate terms that meet the needs of the company and the customer.

Excel skills, to include pivot tables and V lookups
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
Works with new and existing customers of ICG's printing and distribution services to grow accounts and ensure that customers achieve success ICG services.
Maintains accurate and timely records to document information and interactions with customers and prospects using Salesforce.
Works with the customer support and sales teams to ensure that customer expectations are being met and develop strategic growth plans for the assigned segment.
Assists with resolution of complex customer issues as needed and escalates to management when necessary.
Understands and can present and cross-sell the complete range of Ingram services and their value proposition to the publisher clients.
Contributes to the growth of the business by communicating feedback, identifying product or process improvements and otherwise looking for opportunities for Ingram and its customers to be successful.
