Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on system design

  • Create, implement, and assist in the development of scripts to automate everyday operations

  • Monitor and maintain multiple (Infrastructure) environments based on client requirements

  • Responsible for the configuration and setup of backups as well as setup automated patching for Windows and Linux platforms

  • Lead and guide a team of Automation Engineers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years of experience with RHEL/windows system automation using Ansible or equivalent (Puppet, Chef, Jenkins)

  • 4+ years experience using Python and/or Bash scripting to solve and automate common system tasks

  • Experience deploying and maintaining open source software using tools Git

  • Experience maintaining private Git branches of open source software

  • Experience with Linux system administration

  • Fundamental knowledge of Networking and DNS

  • Travel up to 10% annually

Preferred Qualifications

  • Azure, AWS, and GCP Certifications
