Help us build the RMF process!We are looking for the next SecureTech ISSOs to support of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).Our Senior Cybersecurity experts support to the Government on all matters (technical and otherwise) involving the security of information systems. We assist in the development of system security policies and ensure compliance with those policies on a routine basis.We assist with the management of security aspects of information systems and perform day-to-day security operations of assigned systems.Some tasking you will accomplish:

Oversee and manage subordinate ISSOs.
Support new Authority to Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS and XACTA.
Provide cybersecurity planning and maintenance services including updates of security documentation to reflect new or changed physical configurations and security requirements.
Coordinate the implementation of security measures in workstations, servers, and other system components.
Ensure that hardware and software deliverables meet cybersecurity requirements as specified under DoDI 8500.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-53 Recommended Security Controls Information Systems and Organizations, to include the latest guidance from Authorizing Officials (AOs).
Participate in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of hardware and software that will be delivered to and installed on customer networks
Evaluate scans, artifacts, plans, and STIGS to ensure compliance with all system security controls, including the possession, authenticity, and utility of all services, web-based applications and mobile code, or facilitate waivers as required.
Ensure hardware and software that is delivered to the customer does not violate the conditions of the ATO.
Ensure that the installation of system hardware and software on customer networks complies with the assessment and authorization (A&A) processes for enclaves and cross-domain systems.
Categorize, STIG, and develop ATO packages using the RMF playbook to achieve and maintain ATO and continued certification and authorization compliance.

To get started in this exciting opportunity, you need a TS/SCI clearance.You need a Master's degree in IT, IA, or IA-related fieldA minimum of ten (10) years of C&A experience with DIACAP, DCID 6/3, ICD 503, and/or NIST Framework. A minimum three (3) Years Project Management experience, experienced with DoD, DISA, Navy NETWARCOM, DoDIIS, and IC tools, systems, and reporting mechanisms / requirements for C&A.Extensive experience and education in Information Assurance specialty areas, thorough knowledge of IC, DoD, and DoN Cybersecurity initiatives, and secure information/networking technologies.CISSP, CEH, Certs required.Why come to the SecureTech family?
