Performs IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and/or network-based (cloud) product systems. Provide IDM technical leadership to the global IDM team and provide active leadership in supporting, prioritizing, and communicating key IDM initiatives to all internal Xilinx business organizations. Provide software support and development, application integration and product configuration for Identity and Access Management domain. Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning of IDM infrastructure and services. Lead the technical team (onsite/offshore) for IDM ops/support, projects and efforts. Interface with Xilinx internal customers for IDM ops/support, projects and efforts. Handle a broad range of problems on Identity and Access Management domain. Work with software vendors to resolve technical issues and application software defects.
Must have at least 3 years of prior work experience in each of the following:
Support, maintenance and deployment: Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager
Customer interfacing as technical subject matter expert.
Oracle Internet Directory, Red Hat LDAP Directory or OpenLDAP Directory Servers
J2EE, Web Services/SOA for Oracle Identity Manager, and Web Logic application server.
